The Castle at Night: extended evening hours between June and September 2018

The Museo Archeologico Nazionale of Gioia del Colle is offering a summer calendar of special evening events that includes guided tours, talks, theatre workshops, live music and more.

Below, the calendar of events, all of which will take place between 8 PM and 11 PM

7 July
Occhi su Saturno
(Eyes on Saturn) Talk and star gazing with a telescope during a period when the planet is optimally visible.
In collaboration with the Società Astronomica Pugliese.

10 August
Notte di S. Lorenzo
(Night of St Lawrence) Guided tour of the castle and the museum.
In collaboration with Nova Apulia s.r.l.

14 September
‘S(u)ono al Castello’
(I am/Sound of the Castle) Guided tour of the castle and pop concert.
In collaboration with OperaLab – Gioia del Colle

22 September
I giorni del grano
(Days of Grain) Education/theatre workshop in the Oven Room on the ground floor of the castle.
In collaboration with Cantieri Teatrali Koreja – Lecce.

12 October
