The office takes care of the central photographic archive and coordinates the cataloguing and digitization of museum collections, according to guidelines and reference regulations.

The office plans and carries out restoration interventions on the assets of the Management and the related sites, with technical management functions.

Provides direct support to the manager’s activity

It manages the incoming and outgoing PEO and PEC mail and the GIADA computer protocol.

Manages the administration staff and takes care of relations with trade unions.

It handles the procedures for granting free or onerous use of museum spaces by third parties.

Coordinates the organization of exhibitions of general relevance at the management sites, and the procedures relating to loan requests for works for exhibitions, including from third parties.

Coordinates the didactic activities planned in the Management sites, aimed at the knowledge of the heritage in relation with the schools and the territory

It handles relations with the press and any other type of internal and external communication. It manages relations with the public and deals with the editing and updating of the website and institutional social channels.

Coordinates the execution of all obligations related to the National Museum System.

It deals with all aspects related to the management of the UNESCO site of Castel del Monte and the participation of the Management in ministerial and regional tenders, as a promoter or partner.

It deals with the promotion of contemporary art on the sites of the Management.

It manages financial resources, the collection and recording of economic-financial data.

Coordinates technical activities in the field of public works, Facility Management, procurement of services and supplies and work assignment.

Manages the information systems of the Administration.

It transmits the data relating to income, ticketing and statistics for each site to the central offices of the Ministry.
